Chat and Email Customer Support Representative - Remote [Philippines]


 

This is a 100% remote position, which includes salaried compensation and all wage-related benefits. The monthly salary is ₱26,000/mos. +13-month salary bonus and annual compensation evaluations.

About this role:

Do you like helping others? wrrk is looking for talented professionals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Pro, you will support wrrk clients by delighting their customers via email and online chat to ensure they have the best possible experience. You will triage and resolve customer support inquiries effectively and in a timely manner. You will maintain a database of customer information. You will escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams where necessary. You will share customer feedback. You will collaborate with the wrrk team to improve processes and outcomes.

This is a Work From Home based position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of online customer service experience
  • Experience with online CRM tools and Helpdesk software
  • Excellent (near-native) English (spoken and/or written)
  • Access to your own dedicated quiet workspace and equipment that meets our technical requirements:
  • A Mac, Intel, or AMD PC/ laptop running Windows 10/Mac 10.15 Catalina operating system with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM (NO Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone) and a Minimum processor speed of 2.0 GHz
  • High-Speed Internet - minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • A backup source of Internet and power (Mobile hotspot is sufficient)
  • Strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills to provide customers the help they need
  • Able to make good judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Clear written communication skills, with attention to grammar and tone
  • Strong data entry/typing skills
  • Well-rounded technology capability to ensure all systems, both hardware, and software, are functioning properly
