  • GENERAL INFORMATION:
As a part of the Front Desk team, Client Liaison Executives will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all valued patients, and be proud of a professional, courteous and helpful attitude in all dealings with internal and external customers.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answering customer phone calls.
  • Making customer appointments.
  • Gathering information to complete patient files on the system.
  • Checking I.D papers, insurance membership, and details.
  • Managing patient flow.
  • Handling cashier work.
  • Ensuring all information is ready for billing and payment purposes.
  • Checking that patients have all necessary documentation/ reports/ medication, etc. before leaving the clinic.
  • Assisting with medical evacuation as required from time to time
  • Assisting patients to make bookings outside FMP
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Holder of a diploma or equivalent degree
  • Having experience in customer relation/ interaction, preferably at foreign service companies or in the healthcare industry, hospitals/ clinics with an international environment will be an advantage.
  • KEY CAPABILITIES & SKILLS:
  • Fluency in English, with excellent listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, caring, and willing to help others.
  • Able to handle conflict situations and remain calm under working pressure with conflict resolution/management skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceeding standards and achieving the best results.
  • Eager to learn and to improve both yourself and the workplace
  • Well-groomed appearance and pleasant outlook is a plus.
