About your future role

Position can be based in one of our offices cross Europe in Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway), Italy or Germany with hybrid way of working.

As a LAKA Group Pricing, Bid and Partner Manager within our Merchant Solutions business unit, your primary focus will be on our payment business in the Large Merchant segment. In this role, you will have an important part in facilitating profitable business growth across our markets. You will work with our Proposition, Sales and Partner teams across Europe.


Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Increase profitability of existing portfolio, ensuring competitive but profitable pricing for new portfolio, and protecting from revenue leakages
  • Design the overall pricing framework and strategy for LAKA centrally, and harmonise execution in the respective markets
  • Steer local pricing analyst across countries and build a pricing community to facilitate knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across the different markets
  • Support with pricing of large deals and cross country deals
  • Define the LAKA strategy and vertical propositions to harmonise how we bid across geographies
  • Facilitate crosss country bids by managing virtual bid teams and inputs from different stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions
  • Manage vertical partners regionally and build on the ecosystem of partners
  • Create a strong Partner ecosystem to strengthen our vertical propositions

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Relevant professional experience in Pricing & Commercial/Sales processes, Bid Management and Partners management from fintech / payment industry
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant/related fields of study
  • Solid analytical skills and excel skills
  • Keen interest in sales and understanding our customers
  • High communication skills (Fluent in English, written and verbal), listening and interpersonal influencing skills

  • Able to joggle many tasks of varying complexity, duration and urgency
  • Keen to work in a highly complex industry with myriad details to learn
