Location: 106 , Smark Building, near Onpassive metro station,Dubai
Role: Drive seamless online order fulfillment and enhance product visibility across multiple platforms
Salary: 3k-5k + Commission
Responsibilities:
1.Manage daily online order fulfillment , including stock counting, packing, and barcoding
2.Upload product listings to various online systems with basic image and text editing
3.Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, replying to emails, and resolving issues promptly
4.Adapt to new tasks aligned with business development objectives
Requirements:
1.Experience: Office and computer-related work preferred
2.Proficiency in Typing , MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3.Communication: Good English for product descriptions and customer emails
4.Attention to Detail: Sensitive to product color, quality, and details
5.Customer-centric: Embrace a "customer first" attitude
6.Organized and Efficient: Clear, organized mindset with a smart and efficient work style
7.Adaptability: Willingness to take on new tasks and contribute to the company's evolving needs
